Yummy Vege Egg Roll

Hello, on my very first entry about recipe, I would like to share about how do I make my egg roll. Egg roll is one of food that is suitable for kids bento for their lunch. It is very popular in Japan and Korea. For Malaysian like me, it's very rare to eat this with rice. However, instead of egg roll, we usually eat our rice with egg fried, called 'telur mata' or 'telur dadar' (both name describe different way of how to make them).

As I want to make some different, I put some vegetable in my egg roll to make my lil brother eat it. He don't usually like vegetable. but, he will sure eat my egg roll together with the vege. 

Recipe


2 shells of eggs (follows your servings)
a lil bit of salt 
a lil bit of sugar
a lil bit of mayonese
1/2 of carrot (grated) (you can use 1 carrot if u want to make for more servings)


1. Make sure to mix all the ingredient well.
2. Start to heat the pan while mix the ingredient. Put a cube of margerine in the pan and distributed it
3. Then, you can make the eggroll on the pan. You have to be caution of the hot pan and also make sure to have nice golden egg roll.
